Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a 25% charge of the service total.
Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, as they secure your appointment time and prevent that slot from being booked by another client. There are also no refunds for missed appointments.
